Start your Toshiba Laptop

Now check if the wireless communication is enabled using your FN+F8 keys
Click on the Start Menu button
Select All Programs in the start menu
Then go to Toshiba folder
After that click on Bluetooth Settings
Now find and select Express Mode (Recommended) and click on Next button
Now your laptop will start to search for Bluetooth devices
Click on the name of your connection device name in the list and select Next
Now, you will be connected to your Bluetooth device and the Wireless Settings window will appear.
